Jung Woo-sung weitermachen? Die Freundschaft der beiden ist eine Seltenheit im Showbiz, vor allem, wenn man bedenkt wie erfolgreich beide in Südkorea und inzwischen auch im Ausland sind. 

Jung Woo-Sung (geb. 1973) hat, wie viele andere in Korea, seine Karriere als Model begonnen. Man merkt es daran, dass er meistens größer ist, als andere um ihn herum. Über den Weg ist er ans Schauspielern gekommen. Inzwischen ist Woo-sung für seine Vielfältigkeit bekannt. Er kann alles spielen: vom Gangster, über Spion, „the Good“, Bösewicht, Noir und Soldat. Sucht euch etwas aus, das hat er dann bestimmt auch schon gespielt 😊 

 
Als Schauspieler ist jung Woo-sung über sein Heimatland hinaus bekannt, insbesondere in Japan. Auch ist er für sein Aussehen berühmt. Seit Jahrzehnten wird er als einer der bestaussehenden Schauspieler Koreas gewertet. Dass er mehr kann als nur gut auszusehen, hat er inzwischen genügend bewiesen. 

Er ist auch nicht nur vor der Kamera tätig, sondern arbeitet ebenso als Regisseur und Produzent. Eine brandneue Serie, die Woo-sung produziert, kommt noch dieses Jahr bei Netflix raus! „The Silent Sea“ mit Gong Yoo, Bae Doo-na und Lee Joon in den Hauptrollen.  Das Drama wird garantiert geguckt! 
 
Jung Woo-sung ist einer der koreanischen Schauspieler, die man definitiv kennen sollte. Wir empfehlen euch daher direkt ein paar seiner Produktionen. Viel Spaß beim Stöbern! 

Filme

Wo soll man hier anfangen? Er hat so viele Filme seit den 90ern gedreht, dass es schwer ist eine gute Übersicht zu bekommen. Wir haben uns auf ein paar Filme beschränkt. 

In our previous "Koyangi presents" blog entry, we introduced you to Lee Jung-Jae. Which is why we simply decided to chose his best friend Jung Woo-sung for this blog entry! The friendship between those two is a rarity between celebrities, especially due to the actors´ huge success both in South Korea and abroad. 

Jung Woo-Sung (born 1973) began his career as a model - you will notice that he is usually taller than others around him - and like many of his peers, began acting afterwards. He is now known for the diverse roles he portrays, which include everything from gangsters to spies, "the Good", villains, noir and soldiers. Pick a role and, he will have probably already played that 😊 

 
As an actor, he is famous beyond South Korea, especially in Japan. He is also famous for his good looks and has, for decades (!!!), been rated as one of the best-looking actors in Korea. He has sufficiently proven that he is not just a good-looking guy, but also an excellent actor. 

Jung Woo-sung is not only active in front of the camera, but also works behind it, including as a director and producer. A brand new drama he is producing will come out on Netflix later this year! It is called "The Silent Sea", starring Gong Yoo, Bae Doo-na and Lee Joon. We will definitely tune in to watch it!
